Delivery – All our items are sent Royal Mail Second Class, if you would like to upgrade your item to First Class please send me an email at bettydreamgifts@gmail.com to discuss or fill out a contact form.
Our current lead time is up to 2-4 weeks, if you require anything before this time please email or fill out a contact form before ordering.
Returns – If you are not happy with an item you have received please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If you require a refund or exchange the postage will be at the cost of you the customer.
If an item is damaged please provide photographic evidence to bettydreamgifts@gmail.com.
